Ordering
You can order books and journals securely from this website at any time. To order an item, click on the green “Add to Cart” button. To submit your order for processing, click on the green “View Cart” button and follow the instructions. All prices are in US dollars. If you have questions about an order that you placed, please contact Customer Service
Print Book and CD-ROM Products
We accept online orders for print book and CD-ROM products only from areas within the United States. If you are ordering from outside the United States, please see our list of APA Publishing Distributors
Invoices are mailed separately from the package and should arrive within a week of receiving your order. If you need a copy of an invoice immediately, please call our customer service line at 800-368-5777.
Journal Products
We accept journal orders from areas both within and outside the United States.
Purchase Orders
We accept valid institutional purchase orders for orders above $250. Orders below $250 require credit card payment. Invoices are mailed separately from the package and should arrive within a week of receiving your order. Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Personal checks are accepted by mail only and should be made payable to American Psychiatric Association Publishing. For more information or additional options see our Payment Methods.
Shipping
Book Products
Standard shipping is via UPS ground. We require a street address to ship your order and cannot ship to PO boxes or APO addresses. Your order should arrive within 5 business days after it has shipped from our warehouse.

Journals Products
Shipping costs are included in the price for both domestic and international journal orders. Please allow four weeks for the delivery of your first journal.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied to our products (books, eBooks, online subscriptions, and journals) and is based on the state and local tax requirements for the address where an order is being delivered or fulfilled. The tax rate is a combined state and local tax based on the delivery/fulfillment address.
